HOW TO
1. For a more dramatic look, use the Perfection Liner
2. Start by applying a thick line from the outer corner of your eye and work inwards, making the line thinner as you go.
3. Make sure you draw the line as close to the lash line as possible.

Water-based. Free of volatiles, parabens and formaldehyde. Dermatologically and ophtalmologically approved. Product conforms to US, European & Japanese regulations.
